Our Catering Business featured in the Howick and Pakuranga Times

The full daily menu is designed by Ana Schwarz, runner-up in the TVNZ Master Chef 2012 competition and prepared by French chef, Nico Fini. Both are Waiheke Island residents. Nico is the owner/operator of catering business, Urban Escargot, and says the dishes are designed with local produce used as much as possible. “In France, people travel to regions to enjoy the food specialities of that region. We wish to recreate that mentality here where people enjoy world-class products produced in Waiheke.”
